NexCap® Mobile Assets Tracking is a complete mobile solution for managing containers by RFID in the Nuclear Industry.

Equipped with RFID UHF EPC Gen 2 passive tags, your containers are identified, inventoried and located in real time.

Via NexCap ® software platform, all information associated with your containers (location, condition, quantity, compliance, last check, etc.) are available in real-time and automatically archived.

It provides a control and a full traceability of movements and checks of your containers ensuring you gains in security and productivity.

NexCap® ensures traceability of regulatory controls and a real-time inventory of your containers for storage areas.

 Unique identification

Identified by an UHF RFID tag, each container to control and each location is unique. In case of misidentification or improper location of containers, the user is immediately alerted to the mobile system Nexcap ®.

Regulatory Controls DI 82

NexCap® improves the effectiveness of internal and external regulatory controls of containers (radiation, taking pictures, etc.). The NexCap® solution enables logging of the controls and the return of inspection reports and assessments packaging life.

Automatic Inventory

The solution gives back a comprehensive real-time view of the state of the containers stock. The Nexcap® software allows you to classify containers according to category / location / state and get detailed informations on their characteristics..

Planning handling

NexCap® allows the planning and monitoring of handling operations that are assigned to a PDA. The solution allows to update the location of each container after sending / receiving on each storage area.
